Holiday Challenging for People with Acid Reflux Disease

The Thanksgiving feast likely contains some richer that usual foods for everybody but can be a bigger problem for some.

People with acid reflux disease should avoid fatty, fried or spicy foods. The problem causes a salty fluid to often come back into the throat and could cause permanent damage. Over the counter medication is an option but a doctor should be consulted if the problem persists for too long.
